HOAPOST FORMS provides a communication platform for homeowners to submit forms and communicate with their Homeowners Association (HOA) management. The Service facilitates form submission, response tracking, and automated reminder notifications.

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant HOAPOST FORMS a non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Forms and communications are retained for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of form closure or expiration. After this period, all form data and conversations are automatically and permanently deleted.
Important Notice: Users are responsible for saving or printing any forms or conversations they wish to retain beyond the 30-day automatic retention period.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
HOAPOST FORMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
